PLAYOFFS

• Every team will play in a single elimination post-season bracket tournament.
• Power Rankings are used to determine playoff seeding.
• Division 1, 2, 3 & 4 for boys, and Division 1, 2 & 3 for girls will have all teams placed in the Championship Bracket or Best of the Rest Bracket for their division.
• Playoff Brackets will be announced Sunday night, May 18.
• Higher Seeded Team hosts games through the semi-finals
• Communicate with opponent and potential future opponents to schedule games as soon as possible.
• All Boys 5/6 playoff games and all Best of the Rest Bracket games - All games, including Championship Games, are hosted by the Higher Seed.
• Teams should try to play first round games May 20-23 if possible.

BOYS 7/8 CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES and ALL GIRLS CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES

• All games played at Jordan Field at Harvard University
• Boys 7/8 Division 3 & 4 -- Tues, June 10 at 6pm and 7:45pm
• Girls 5/6 Division 1, 2 & 3 -- Wed, June 11 at 530pm, 6:50pm and 8:10pm
• Boys 7/8 Division 1 & 2 -- Thurs, June 12 at 6pm and 7:45pm
• Girls 7/8 Division 1, 2 & 3 - Fri, June 13 at 530pm, 6:50pm and 8:10pm

Regular Season Game Operations Reminders:

• Boys Select Games MUST consist of Four 10-minute start/stop time quarters. Exception, if the score differential ever gets to 12, game moves to running time for remainder of the game.
• Girls Select Games MUST consist of Four 12-minute running time quarters
• Home Team must provide
• A visible scoreboard
• Scorers table, scoreboard and timing devices for game and penalties
• Minimum 2 people to run clock, scoreboard, and penalty times.
• Adequate game balls and endline balls.
• Pylons or cones to cleary mark boundries, midfield/restraining lines, substitution box.
• Both team head coaches should confirm the final score immediately after the game.
• There is overtime in Select League Playoffs
• BOYS
  • 4-minute sudden death overtime periods until a goal is scored. First goal wins.
• GIRLS
  • 3-minute sudden death periods until a goal is scored. First goal wins
• BOTH Teams Must Submit a Post Game Report for EVERY GAME
• Scores are not official until a post game report is submitted by both teams.
