The 1st Annual MYL-Maine Region Jamboree is coming on Saturday, May 30th! Scroll down for registration information!

Parking:

Shuttle:
There will be no parking at the Community Fields (Handicap parking available on site)
Participants can be dropped off and then the driver can proceed to off-site parking.
A shuttle will be running through out the duration of the event to/from Pine Ridge Acres and Falmouth Community Fields

REGISTRATION:
May 2nd Registration opens exclusive to MYL-Maine Region towns at 12pm (with a limit of 2 teams per grouping)
May 8th: Registration opens to teams outside of MYL-Maine Region and for additional teams
May 15th: Registration Closes

COST: Registration cost per team is $300

FORMAT: 

  • 1st/2nd, 3rd/4th, 5th/6th and 7th/8th age brackets
  • Boys and Girls Divisions
  • No A/B teams
  • 8v8 play (2 attack, 3 midfield, 2 defense, 1 goalie) for all age levels
  • 3 games guaranteed
  • 1st/2nd & 3rd/4th to play morning games (8am-1pm)
  • 5th/6th & 7th/8th to play afternoon/evening games (12:30pm-6pm)
  • All games run on a central horn, with 5 minutes between games
  • Game length: all games are (2) 18 minute halves with 5 minute half time
  • Scheduling through Tourney Machine

HEADQUARTERS & TEAM TENT AREA:
Headquarters will be located at Field Set B-- find jamboree staff, trainers and more here!

Team tents can be set up on the permitters of fields

Registration Information:

Town programs register TEAMS to participate in the Jamboree, there are no individual player registrations.

Select yourself to register and choose the weekend/level/day, and during the registration process select your town program.

REGISTRATION NOTES AND PLANNING TIPS TO REGISTER YOUR TEAMS

  • Reminder! TWO Team Registration Limit Per Gender/Grade Group Level

  • Starting at 8am on Thursday, May 8th MYL programs can register for any available team spots, regardless of number of teams previously registered

  • Registration will be open until Friday, May 15 at 10pm.
  • Poll your teams now and plan ahead of the team registration opening to ensure you will have enough players for every team you are registering. Canceling a team after May 15 is a major problem for scheduling and could lead to 3 towns not having an opponent for one of their three games.
  • REFUND POLICY -- A full refund minus $30 admin fee will be given if your request is made in writing by Thursday, May 14 at 11:59pm to erin.brogan@massyouthlax.org There will be no refunds for dropped teams starting May 15.
  • Weather -- Please note, there are no refunds for games missed due to weather delays or session cancellations. Due to the low team costs, and upfront costs to operate the jamboree, we can not provide refunds for games not played. Any weather delays, we pick up where the schedule is at the time play may resume. We can not delay or make up games due to weather delays.
